We order sushi here all the time. There have never been any problems. Lots of fish, little rice. Respect to you guys! In Philadelphia, there was a thin piece of fish on one side, so they reported another one! Well, it's nice that they fixed it, not scored it! The most delicious rolls in Brest. I would like the kitchen to remain at the same level! Well done!

We ordered sushi at MARU all the time, there were always two positions, Philadelphia and eel roll, and it was always super delicious. but! The order arrived today and the eel roll had only one skin with almost bones! It tasted terrible, and they threw it all away. They called later with comments on the quality, to which they received a response, "what's the big deal? Seth should be with a fish and a skin." The visionaries brought them old fish and they decided to feed it to consumers rather than return it to the supplier. No apologies for the quality, but only a bunch of comments that the client is wrong and should eat everything with this skin and bones! In general, I am shocked by such quality and rudeness, no respect for my customers. Be careful! Because it is not known what will be hidden in your orders under a beautiful serving! We won't order any more here, of course.
