Can't say that atmosphere is relaxing and polite. Loud speaking visitors, not very friendly personnel. Small and not very interesting menu of dishes. Uncosy, small and firm chairs. We got acquainted with this place not so long ago and have been here with my husband three times already, we really like it, we plan to come here further and more often. Delicious coffee. My husband always takes Americanos, and I've come to love him here too, although I usually drink lattes/cappuccinos everywhere. Delicious desserts: cheesecake, honey cake, carrot cake and others. I also tried zucchini pancakes for breakfast here, very tasty, juicy, delicious sauce for them and not very expensive. I also like the interior, it's warm and cozy, there's no feeling that people are sitting on top of each other, it's not noisy. They serve us quickly. We will definitely come by for coffee, desserts and breakfast! I recommend this place)

I love everything about this place: stylish interior, decorative elements, rare books that are difficult to get in Belarus-the atmosphere in Marx deserves special praise. It is also impossible not to mention the delicious food, large portions and interesting dishes. At least you should come here if you want to try the best omelet in Minsk. The establishment also offers a wide range of drinks and desserts (self-made, which is rare these days). All the food is brought by the smiling staff, who will always advise on coffee and the menu. While walking around Minsk, we stopped at this cafe to warm up and have a cup of coffee. The coffee is quite good. The Anna Pavlova dessert was delicious, but not cheap. The order was accepted without delay and delivered fairly quickly. There are no questions for the staff. They didn't mix up the order and smiled sweetly. As a food-savvy and avid critic and taster, I can tell you IMHO - Basque cheesecake is served here, TOP-1 in Minsk. I would really like the guys to keep such a wonderful product for a long time. I also tried the potato pie, I understood what they wanted, but the lemon peel and sprinkling with chocolate powder, IMHO, leads me away from the real bestseller and therefore I did not get a buzz like from real potatoes with a buttered rose on top. Americano and espresso coffee was not even bad, considering that all the coffee in Minsk is terrible from local producers and producers from a neighboring country, which began to roast such raw materials from all over the world that the Europeans did not buy. The interior and exterior pleased with its new and fashionable style for today. Therefore, I wish you good luck, development and prosperity.

The seating in the hall is not complete - it is unclear what the employees spend so much time on. They walk around like zombies in their own world. They don't smile, and in general, they don't even maintain eye contact, or they constantly hang on the phone. I had to wait more than 40 minutes for my order. They brought it when I had already drunk all the tea and basically came in not just to have a good time, but to have breakfast. I was hungry. As for the dishes, there is no dispute. It should be understood that each visitor may have his own bad mood, with which he comes to the cafe, and then he can find fault with absolutely everything. Marks is a very atmospheric coffee shop, in my opinion. It's very bright, clean, and their desserts are always excellent. I love and know how to cook sweets, and I can tell the difference between a defrosted dessert when certain ingredients have been spared or replaced with cheaper ones. No matter how many desserts I've tried, they're all well-made, always fresh, and beautifully chopped. Another thing is, someone likes the combination of some ingredients, and some don't, it's a matter of taste. The coffee shop also makes its own syrups, which is cool and enjoyable. It's cool that you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only thing I see is that visitors sometimes get lost and don't understand if it's customary to leave tips here, this is a coffee shop. As I understand it, the situation here is the same as in ordinary cafes, if the waiters are working, then tips are welcome. The staff, in my opinion, works perfectly, advises on drinks and desserts, warns you about allergens, and can help you navigate through books. A good place to spend time and have a delicious meal. I really hope that mousse desserts will appear in the future)

And after that time, it turned out that the cashier did not hear the entire order and made only one serving instead of two (two people did not bother anyone, as well as 2 smoothies in the order). They spoiled the mood considerably. The cheesecakes themselves are not bad, the smoothie is also good, but the price is not encouraging. The omelets are average, and they taste better in the city. One star for the mood for the whole day. When resolving the issue, the hostess sent a young receptionist girl, who made insincere apologies and an inarticulate offer to cook another portion, but there was no longer 40 minutes of waiting time. As a conclusion: I will not go here, because there are many places where you can relax, and not control the work of the staff.

It was obvious from his appearance that he had been standing in the refrigerator for some time and had been so busy. It seems like nonsense, but it's a matter of attitude. Obviously, the guest would not particularly like to see this on a plate.It takes about 3 seconds to mix it (if it's a matter of saving), but no one has decided not to use this option. In general, it is objective to pay attention to such things. If that would not be OK for you, then it seems that the guest should not like it either.

I really like the interior, coffee and food are fine. I just didn't understand why the quiches are not stored in a refrigerated display case, but at room temperature. In general, taking all this into account, it seems to me that the price of the menu and drinks is too high. I only want to come back because of the interior, the large windows overlooking the Opera House and the park, and the atmosphere that the guests create.

The staff give the impression of being inattentive and unfriendly. There is a feeling that the very presence of visitors is burdensome for employees. The seasonal filter coffee is particularly perplexing - its taste and even composition are different each time, it seems that the final result directly depends on the mood of a particular employee, and not on the declared recipe or the standards of the institution. For a coffee shop that claims to be high-quality and stable, such an attitude towards the product and guests looks at least strange. It is truly a pity to watch a place with a good reputation lose its level.

Then they apologized and offered free coffee, but the residue from such a service remained.

The music seemed a little loud to me, but good music is always in the theme.
