I don't understand the new format for serving pancakes in a crumpled form with a smeared filling on the bottom and top. When ordering pancakes with cottage cheese, you expect a folded stuffed pancake with a filling inside, rather than a crumpled pancake with smeared cottage cheese on the bottom of the container, the same goes for a hearty filling, although they used to be served normally. It's unappetizing and it's uncomfortable to eat. The pancake itself is dry and not to say delicious. Coffee is so-so (I took it periodically during the year). The interior is beautiful and the hearty breakfasts are not bad.

A very atmospheric place in a quiet area of Minsk.It's incredibly pleasant to sit among the bookshelves with drinks and dessert. The desserts are delicious, the interior is cozy, the staff is polite. I tried cold ice-cocoa — not my option, but it's a matter of taste, I just like warm drinks more. There is a nice veranda, but it was occupied during our visit, and it is even more pleasant to sit on it.

I didn't like it, they asked me to bring coffee with the food, they brought it earlier anyway, I took the glaze - it's very layered, it's just impossible to eat. Cappuccino is very milky, coffee is not noticeable. The draniki are good, but it didn't save the overall impression, I regretted coming.

Very strange, almost not friendly service. No spoons are served with cocoa and marshmallows. The hall with tables is almost empty, but all the tables are in dirty dishes, although there are at least 3-4 people at the cash register. They don't offer sugar for takeaway coffee, "look there's a sugar bowl in the dark corner." Drinks take a long time to make. The format of combining a bookstore with a cafe is so-so.

I don't usually write reviews, but unfortunately, this situation is extremely incorrect and unpleasant on the part of the institution, in particular the issue of service. She asked to provide KBJU for dishes in order to choose what to eat (in our reality, it is strange that there is no available access to KBJU, Marx himself does not respond to insta messages, thank you), the answer is: "No, we cannot, choose a specific dish - we will tell you." Please tell me which dishes have the least amount of fat. "Well, there's so much in the pancakes." My question is "Which ones?" * the recipient of the order blinks her eyes * "At all?))". The answer is, "Well, yes." Is it worth mentioning that there are several different positions with pancakes? Minus the sale. Minus a satisfied and well-fed person. No suggestions in the form of alternatives. Later, she was ready for a dish from the seasonal menu - a roll of leafy greens with an additional choice (chicken, salmon, bacon). But I didn't understand this right away and asked to remove the bacon. "Yes, it's fine." The dishes arrived without anything. Lettuce leaves with mozzarella. It's strange that there was no question about anyone, and even more strange at the time of the order was not to specify whether it was chicken or salmon, if without bacon. Then the chicken was added, but the very fact of everything about this Marx is not encouraging. Work out the pliz with the staff. Otherwise, I don't understand why so many people work on shifts if they are unable to solve basic tasks and maintain at least some hint of Service, because Marx is not the last eatery in the city. Definitely upset. And I would like to somehow resolve the issue with KBZHU on the dishes.

I don't understand how an institution can work when the main landing is in the hall, which, to put it mildly, stinks of sewage from the latrines. That is, if you want to stay in an institution during prime time, be sure that you will have to sit next to a wild stink for the entire space, because in another room, of course, everything will be occupied. Well, be happy if you don't smell it. I think it's better to close down and solve this problem than to receive negative feedback from guests and lose them. + if the baristas didn't take the order as if they were doing a favor, it would be much better. For a coffee shop in the city center, I think such moments are unacceptable.
