The store presents a product of inadequate quality (it does not have the properties necessary for its use in accordance with its intended purpose). I bought jeans there, and after wearing them twice a day (they were not washed) , pellets appeared on the product. That evening, I dialed the store to find out if the jeans were refundable, (I called 3 times) no one picked up the phone. I called the next morning, a girl picked up the phone and told me to come to the store and sort it out as displeased as possible. I stood in the store for about an hour, the girl typed a bad statement, then just went somewhere. In the end, she said that they would dial the phone number in two weeks for a refund. They called me this morning and said the request was rejected. I came to the store, the staff couldn't help me in any way, they didn't say anything sensible. They gave a conclusion stating :"The pilling effect is the result of natural exploitation." I asked for a complaint book, and the girl gave it to me with displeasure. I think the jeans are for 99p. 99k. designed for a large number of times, not two. I don't recommend buying anything there. I ask the administration to pay attention to the selection of staff and products. If it were possible to leave a worse review, I would!

My husband bought a house suit, which unfortunately did not fit. We came to make a refund to purchase the same suit (in a different color), but in a larger size. Sellers made refunds in silence with dissatisfied faces. After my husband and I took another suit and went to the fitting room, we heard the sellers all over the store start discussing that they (literally) had a refund. After that, the desire to make a purchase disappeared. If sellers are offended by something, then it seems that they should not work in the field of customer service.
