No matter how many T-shirts and thermal underwear I wore, Mark Formel is the best for me. The most comfortable feeling is cotton for the summer, and with synthetics already in cool weather. And the price is quite affordable. However, some of the inscriptions on the clothes are not particularly verified and here one could puff to come up with something more euphonious and stylish, but otherwise well done, fellow countrymen, the workmanship is decent. It's not clear what's on the hangers, T-shirts are hanging together with longsleeves, wrinkled that you can't even see how the thing fits. There used to be more or less a store. Now you arrive on a weekday and the parking lot is all occupied, moreover, everyone nearby is just as busy. After 17:00, everything changes dramatically and there are plenty of places. That is, during the working day, customers cannot park. As they say, everything is for the client, but these are small things. Assortment and prices. Goods can't cost that much, especially domestic-made socks. Buying something more acceptable is already a problem. Previously, we constantly visited the shops of the Minsk shopping center. There was always a choice in Zaslavl. We concluded that this is now the case everywhere in the stores of this chain. It's a pity that the network is going down, it could have been different. The chain is already losing out to other foreign mass markets, both in terms of assortment and prices.

If the review is read by the retail chain's management, there are a number of questions for *you*, the management. Sales girls are in desperate need of at least a basic course in customer service. We spent more than 3 hours in the store. The total amount of purchases is 1,000 Belarusian rubles. As far as I understand, this is a large purchase. During all 3 hours, none of the girls came up with an offer to help, advise, or pick up the product. Everything had to be done in self-service mode, the girls diligently (well done) engaged exclusively in laying out. Well, you can't do that :) We would have left you 1.5 times more in much less time if a consultant had attached himself to us. Thank you very much, with the hope of improving the service.

Then I bought a couple of things for my child, then for my wife, then for myself... Like it. At a humane price, the quality is quite decent, good cut. The choice is also quite big. For the prints on the clothes, a special "thank you", please. The attitude towards customers is very loyal, they change unsuitable clothes without a sound. Again, discounts in this store are not an empty phrase. 25-50% is very nice. In general, the store has been added to favorites.
