The seller refused to accept the claim, because the owner of the store had changed and offered to look for the former owner. The purchase documents were provided. The claim is not to the former owner, but to the quality of the products sold in your store. Changing the owner does not remove the store's obligations to consumers.

I have been a customer of this store since its opening. I buy shoes here all the time. Every visit to the store in Green leaves negative emotions due to the work of the staff. Three people are working, but none of them really works: they talk, they don't help clients. When contacted, they respond in monosyllables, with dissatisfaction they give the size. I thought I imagined it. No, I see the same thing systematically. The picture was better in the Castle. Now the seller has changed there too: you can't get the words out, the assortment doesn't know, the work is a burden to the person. It is a pity to observe such a picture.
