Moreover, you will be met by a disgruntled woman, Whom you yourself will go looking for, knocking on doors. The room is tiny, damp, and there is simply nowhere to place a suitcase with things, because it will interfere with either the passage to the toilet, the refrigerator, or the front door, and there is nowhere in the room to hang clothes to dry. And even if you hang it on the crossbar in the toilet, nothing will dry out, because it's sooo wet. The windows overlook the courtyard- where your neighbors are located, and they can safely watch you. (I've attached a screenshot from the video). There are also three ropes stretched in this courtyard, on which you can hang laundry, if there is a place. Terrible audibility. There were no toiletries, or rather, there was no paper, but there were two washcloths.. whether there are any new ones. You will not be able to negotiate with the hostess to move out of the room, even under certain conditions, so it is better not to rush when making a decision. One star just for a good location. I wasn't on vacation alone, so we decided to just find another place and leave, our vacation is more important to us. We haven't spent a single night here. For this price, we found much better and more rooms nearby)

I recommend. It is a 4-minute walk to the sea. We lived in room 4 on the second floor. We booked another room on the ground floor, but upon arrival we were told to check into another one. But as it turned out, we were very lucky that the room is on the second floor, also with its own dryer. During the season, the temperature outside reaches 34 degrees and high humidity. Two air conditioners in the bedroom and bathroom are very helpful. There is a dryer under the window, a refrigerator in the bathroom (you worry that water and electricity are nearby), a spacious closet with hangers, a table, a small sofa. Towels are provided, but do not count on personal hygiene products and slippers. The bed is large, the sheets that were additionally given out did not fit it, they turned out to be small. There is also a terrace on the ground floor, where there is an additional shared kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine (100 rubles). Next to the dining room, at the same address Sukhumskaya 7, where there is a large selection of dishes, inexpensive and very tasty. National dishes, Sukhumi beer exceeded all expectations. Since in Abkhazia there is Internet only in cafes and hotels, so ask the hostess IN ADVANCE the name and password of the Wi-Fi. We were given the wrong name of the network, we could not contact the hostess. It's good that the hostess was at home and went out. There is a transfer of 700 rubles from the hotel. You will be taken to the border, you will cross on foot and a transfer will also meet you on the other side, which will take you to the airport or railway station. In terms of time, it will take about 1.5 hours.

We visited the guest house in May. What can I say. If I had been guided solely by reviews, I would have thought 10 times. But, it was the location that was important to me. And the choice fell on this guest house. I drove without any special expectations. Maybe that's why I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very atmospheric place. A small green courtyard with a lovely table under a tangerine tree. a quiet street, and 50 meters from the central avenue. The contrast that captivated me. The dining room, which is kept by the hostesses, was also a pleasant bonus. There was no need to worry about cooking and be afraid of poisoning. Everything was homey and not expensive. Hostess Margarita is like a grandmother. A little harsh on the outside, but sincere. If I go to Gagra again, most likely here.
