To which, the girl turned away with a rude reply and a displeased expression on her face, "No! I'm busy right now!" and started whipping milk. We thought, well, it's not hard for us to wait a bit. As a result, we heard this same girl muttering to herself that we had distracted her from her work. After such a "service", I didn't want to buy anything at all. They turned around and left. Talk to your staff about how to properly communicate with guests, even if they are really busy. Explain that you should not respond "rudely" to the guests. This is their work, this is their earnings.
