On the first day, the staff fulfilled all our requests, helped with the safe and provided a duvet cover for extra. blankets. The split system is working. They cleaned almost every day, and sometimes we asked them not to. There was always new water on cleaning days. There was a kettle, mugs and tea in the room. The room was nice, not shabby. But there was a drawback - the noise from the street. Although the windows overlooked the courtyard, you could still hear the police dispersing people with a sound closer to night. And if you came across loud neighbors, you could hear them too.

We stayed at the hotel in April of the 26th year. I chose by location and type. I specially took a room with a view of the Bosphorus. It's gorgeous. Very convenient location, friendly staff. The room is large, but it's already very obvious that it's tired. They didn't respond immediately to the request to fix the safe, but I decided not to remind them anymore.
