Last year we flew on vacation from this tour operator. I can't say I'm thrilled, I had to try very hard to get answers, and when our flight was already postponed abroad, it was very difficult to get the time and date of a new departure. They just didn't answer my calls or my messages. But after listening to friends' stories about the difficulties of buying tours in Armenia from other travel agencies, we decided to contact maratuk again this year, after all, last season we managed to fly on vacation))) We came to the office, already with a ready-made decision on the hotel, but considering other options. We got the price and some information. The next day I started writing that they had decided to buy a tour... they told me that there were no tickets anymore! Although the vacation is still 3 months away. When asked to send other options, they sent only one option for an inconvenient departure and did not respond further. I'm shocked by this kind of work. I think that the management needs to train the staff or pay attention to their work. You're losing customers and money. We bought a tour from another travel agency for those dates for which there were "no tickets" in maratuka, and we offered several flight options.
