We were in Astana for a few days. After several trips to different establishments, we decided not to experiment anymore and to find Georgian cuisine. I found Marani on the maps, I liked the interior. We were served by the waiter Konstantin, a pleasant and courteous young man. We ordered lamb shish kebab (pistoletiki is popularly known), spinach phali, kutab with potatoes and cheese, Georgian salad, mors and chocolate cake from Eliso. To say that it was all delicious, it's not enough, it's insanely delicious! In Moscow, we visited many Georgian restaurants, but only 1 salad is prepared correctly (the whole secret is in the dressing) and now I know that there is such an institution in Astana! I have no doubt that the rest of the dishes on the menu are just as delicious! Since we know a little about Georgian cuisine (the husband is Georgian) I heartily recommend this restaurant!
