Positive: +Convenient location, close to the metro +Set of toiletries (toothbrushes, slippers) +Bottled water +Relatively new renovation Minuses: - Poor sound insulation — it feels like people are constantly walking in the room. - Weak Wi-Fi signal - Checking rooms after check-in - I do not know by what means textiles are washed: after putting on a bathrobe, severe itching occurred - Poor selection of breakfast dishes - The malevolence of some employees - Ground floor rooms - suffer from cigarette smoke - There is a kettle, a small one, but it did not turn off after boiling Incident (not included in the overall assessment): An unpleasant incident occurred during breakfast. When I was applying honey, the glass and plastic dishes broke. I took the dispenser, there was a lever on top — nothing happened when pressed, and then suddenly the bottom plastic lid fell off, it broke, and the honey spilled. I immediately informed the kitchen staff about this, after which I was sent to the reception. There I was informed about the need for damages, and, not knowing the local laws, I agreed. However, I am sure that there was no fault on my part: the hotel is responsible for the serviceability of the equipment, its placement and the safety of use. In other hotels, such situations, as a rule, do not cause complaints to the guests.

A very nice hotel in the very center of the city. Small, cozy, in the historical center, on a quiet street without the noise of cars. Delicious, varied breakfast, clean, friendly staff, all speak excellent Russian. They told me where to visit, what to see, and where to have dinner. I really enjoyed my vacation there.

the hotel itself is not bad, very nice inside. we took one of the largest rooms - one of the disadvantages of the room: there is a smoking room and the entrance to the "restaurant" right under the windows, so it is very noisy at night and stinks of cigarettes. we were also not warned that to clean the room you need to leave the key at the reception, as a result, it was not cleaned for a week and we had to take clean towels, which for some reason (apparently from the dry cleaner) lay in bags on the floor. breakfast was included in the room rate, small, but there is plenty to choose from. there were interruptions with WiFi too, sometimes it didn't work from the word at all.
