Today I visited Mango cafe with my friend and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. There was an unpleasant impression from the very entrance — no one greets the guests. We had to find the waiters ourselves to find out if there were any available booths.In response, we heard that we could go and see for ourselves, although the landing was not complete. When we were finally seated, the booth was not cleaned. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to come up and put the table in order. We washed our hands near the entrance, and there was no hot water or liquid soap. This is simply unacceptable for a catering establishment. I ordered soup in Kazakh — it was brought cold and salty, it was impossible to eat. I asked for a replacement, hoping that the second time would be better, but unfortunately, the taste was also disappointing. It is a pity that the visit left only negative impressions. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service, sanitary conditions and respect for the guests.
