Pros: there is a courtyard Parking, a neat well-kept garden, a large communal kitchen, located a little further from the highway, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. There are also disadvantages: the rooms are not cleaned, dirty with an unpleasant smell, the showers are dirty, the walls are thin, which is clearly audible to the neighbors, the air conditioner does not cool, there is a TV, but it is so old that you can only watch it.

We lived in a room without air conditioning in a shared house, the furniture is old, toilet and shower on the floor. The toilet was very dirty, it wasn't cleaned at all, the sink hadn't been cleaned once during our stay, as it had been dirty since our arrival and remained dirty. There is also a type of accommodation in cabins with amenities in an air-conditioned room, but we found out about it at the last moment.

The place suits me, otherwise we probably wouldn't have returned))) yes, there are disadvantages, but in the 12th house we are very satisfied with everything! The furniture is fine, the conder works fine, the small refrigerator copes with its task. We always carry waffle towels for the sea, a large rag for floors, washcloths and table cloths, you can buy everything nearby in a store where everything you need is available. Yes, you do the cleaning in the house yourself, I wipe the floors every other day, because I love cleanliness. My hands didn't fall off))) What they write is that there is no entertainment for children. It's just the way the generation was brought up, in the age of consumption, that children need to be entertained. Therefore, children have forgotten how to captivate themselves. And mine are not bored at all, there is Nature here, so we get carried away with it with children: we go to the sea, collect shells, beautiful pebbles, a sea of insects and flowers, the river is shallow nearby, you can accidentally drop a slipper there -and discover a small universe: throw pebbles, watch dragonflies and other gifts of nature There is a waterfall nearby where you can try to catch a fish with a butterfly net. Even if there is a storm at sea for the third day, we do not despair: children jump along the shore on the waves, scream, all dirty, swimming trunks full of stones))) Yes, here is an authentic vacation for those who love nature, the countryside, silence, the absence of people and noisy embankments. There are cows all around, a lot of kaka, roosters screaming all night, delicious homemade wine, homemade cheeses and milk, inexpensive and very tasty food completely at home))) and friendly locals. I saw firsthand how these people support each other in sad moments of life, how parents are respected and revered - modern children have a lot to learn. I love this place, Gayane and Baruka's family, wonderful children Aza, Karlen and Bagrat. Thank them very much. And in order to always have enough light and water, we choose June for trips: it is quiet at night in the shared kitchen, light, hot and cold mountain water, free beaches and a wonderful walk to the sea)) The roads here are yes, trash, they drive, so hold the children's hand tightly, and run fast, fortunately everyone knows how to do it. )))) In general, guys, where the focus of attention goes, there is energy. Such a LIVELY holiday, without any entertainment for children, noisy embankments and screaming music - I think it's great! And what views of the mountains, mmmm, where you can climb and get high from the views! And in the evening, make a bonfire on the shore and fry sausages?))) For my taste, living right by the sea is boring! And here I am inspired by the life of the mountains! Yes, by the way, this year there is entertainment on the shore banana on a quadric and catamaran one) Life is beautiful because of what you have in your soul, Gentlemen! And any issues with the owners can and should be resolved, whether it's burnt-out light bulbs or a clean towel. And the children love this place very much. And they want to come back here again and again! Thank you for everything, Gayane, radiant, caring, the sun of this house!
