The pool is relatively new and clean enough. Before turning off the hot water this summer, I liked everything in general, it was comfortable to swim, steam and relax. After the prevention, the water in the pool and Jacuzzi became much colder. This became especially noticeable with the onset of cold weather. You can stay in the pool, even if you are actively swimming, for 5-10 minutes, it is very cold. The water in the Jacuzzi only feels warm after an icy pool. The last time people tried to steam up in the steam room so much that they filled the stove, i.e. the water does not evaporate on the stones and there is no steam really. When you lie on a sunbed, a cold draft blows through your body. The last time at 9:30 p.m., the hot water ran out in the shower (!) and I had to wash in the summer, barely washed the balm off my hair, and froze in the shower. Also, after the last two visits, I caught a cold and got sick, such a vacation... I understand that saving should be economical, but what will you have in winter? Icicles in the corners? I wanted to buy a swimming ticket for my child, but I will refrain for now, she will die in this pool. I went to see you last year, including in winter, it was much warmer. Please review your standards and measure the temperature of the water and air. For the sake of interest, go to "Nautilus", where the water in the pool outside is even warm at -10. In short, I'm upset, there was such a cool center near the house and something went wrong(((.

I visited for 3 months in 2026, and I won't renew my subscription anymore. Russian baths without steam, the hammam was not done after the "service stop". The staff can be rude, they sell beer inside the pool and alcohol with a large margin (as in a restaurant or a drinking bar). The pool is large and often cold, the hydro guns work only 1/3, weak. It is impossible to keep warm in the Jacuzzi, the water does not warm up.

I'm giving you a three just because there's a pool and baths on the top five. And now, according to the disadvantages, at least some kind of lonely slide was put in the children's pools, otherwise there are two empty bowls of water, there is nothing for the children to do there. But it's perfect for swimming, of course. The gym is not even one star high. Little one, you can still survive this. But the simulators, it feels like they've taken everything they don't need from the warehouse. It probably was. Because there is no logic. There are 3 tracks, 2 ladders, and there is no foot press platform, bench for bench pressing, leg spreading, etc. In the end, there was just no soft fingerboard. The cooler was removed in the first month of operation, apparently the mandarin had high water costs. It's a disappointment, because the location is convenient, but the hall itself is just a joke. Well, it's just expensive. I now pay less for another company's large and modern equipped gym. The cost of visiting the aqua thermal zone is also too high, plus there are no normal promotions.
