It's the most beautiful pool I've ever seen, and it's interesting, because there are a lot of baths and they're really spacious. There are Turkish, Finnish, Russian, and salt saunas. The last wall is made of salt, but unfortunately there is not much smell. Again, the views, the large room, it's all super cool. There's only one problem - your time starts counting down to the water zone, even when you enter the locker room. It's more logical when the countdown starts from the moment you enter the aquazone. Otherwise, it's cool, there aren't many people, you change clothes almost alone, no one bothers, there are also changing rooms for the disabled, they have a curtain, it's cool, I've never seen anything like it.

The staff is polite. the locker room is shared. Lockers with an electronic lock. Comfortable. The aquazone itself is pleasant. Yes, not all whirlpools work. But we had enough. On this day (Monday), only the Finnish sauna was open. It was a hell of a heat wave. It soars well. The water temperature in the pools is pleasant. There are free sun beds. The aquazone also has a mini-bar where you can buy something. There are 2 rescuers in the hall. The exit system is a bit convoluted. You don't need to put the bracelet on when you go out, but put it in a special compartment that your bracelet picks up and opens the turnstile. But there is a caveat: he can take the bracelet, but the turnstile will not work. That's how the girl got caught in front of us. In general, I would come back here. But only in the morning and before 13:00, so that there are fewer people.

The gym is large. There are few gym equipment for such a large gym. There were no dumbbells from 12 to 20 kg, but there are 45 and 50. Only under the bench there is a special non-slippery coating. There is linoleum under the rest of the exercise equipment. Batteries are frying on two walls, the air is dry, the windows are not particularly open. Crossover-type simulators and deadlifts do not have interchangeable projectiles. There are no elastic bands, blocks, belts for standing, free bars (there is no place to make a gluteal bridge, my personal pain). I hope the hall will still be completed. But now the situation is quite unpleasant, because the potential of the place is great. Unfortunately, there is no desire to return to the gym.

And it is not poorly implemented: a sufficient number of baths (4 types), swimming pools (children's, Jacuzzi, sports) and an acceptable flavor in the cafe. Optimal for people, they were quietly placed in the sauna, and sometimes they were alone with the company (specifically on March 8th, 17-19), the prices are not exactly sweet about 26/28 rubles an hour, but there are moments that trigger a trigger: coca Cola flows down the walls and drips from the ceiling into the lobby, which is extremely difficult to adequately interpret. I believe that there are technical flaws that need to be fixed at the acceptance stage.

That is, (theoretically) you can come in a sheepskin coat and leave in a windbreaker (and vice versa). I was also puzzled by the need to change into a change of shoes right in the lobby. Looking ahead, I'll say that since replacement shoes are flip—flops for the aqua zone, then you'll have to go out in WET (!) flip-flops, wipe your feet, put on socks and change your shoes here in the lobby or wardrobe. Well, you can't take another pair of slippers with you to walk 15 meters from the turnstile to the locker room locker. For this money, visitors could be provided with shoe covers. The locker room is very spacious. You choose any free (open) locker, it closes and opens with a bracelet, BUT... you need to remember your locker number so that you don't have to look for it later. There are not enough signs and signs in the locker room: it's not easy to get used to it right away. Good-quality shower stalls with single lever taps, but without marking where the hot water is and where the cold water is. Hangers for towels and accessories are inconvenient: not even hooks, but short pins. The aquazone has a very comfortable atmosphere: the air and water temperature is about 28 degrees, humidity is 45%. The salt room is quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The Turkish bath (hammam) looks exotic, however, due to the thick fog, I could not fully examine and appreciate the interior design. But the atmosphere is quite pleasant. 2 spacious (approx. 30 sq.m. each), so-called Russian baths: one is hotter, the other is softer. Although in my understanding, a Russian bath is a bath with a broom and when steam gives in, watering the stones with water. Here, I believe, humidity and temperature are maintained automatically according to their own algorithm, unknown to anyone. Moreover, it is impossible to control the temperature and humidity in the steam rooms: there are no thermometers or hygrometers. The Finnish sauna differs from the Russian one, apparently, by the difference in temperature and humidity. But I didn't feel much difference, maybe I didn't try it. It's nice to plunge into the cold font after the Russian bath: it's right next to the exit from the steam room. A large swimming pool with a waterfall and water cannons. The fair requirement to wear swimming caps is ignored by a significant part of visitors. It is pleasant to relax in the spacious (there are 2 of them) Jacuzzis. I was even getting sleepy. But there are no scales to weigh. It is very convenient that in the cafe (it is here, in the aquazone) you can pay off on credit using a bracelet. Overall, I liked it, I will recommend it. Among the advantages: pleasant staff, comfortable atmosphere, swimming pool, salt room and steam rooms, cafe in the aqua zone, water cannon and waterfall, baptismal font, JACUZZI (!!!). Among the disadvantages: no shoe covers, wardrobe without control, no marking on taps, no scales, no measuring instruments in the baths.

The wardrobe is right in the lobby, shared, and you also need a change of shoes there. The staff is reluctant to explain what and how. I think they said that there are separate 15 minutes for changing clothes, separate from 2 hours. I asked the staff inside, they said they didn't know and it was better to leave earlier. So if you come in for an hour, you have 45 minutes? Everything is beautiful enough inside, the temperature of the large pool is cool. Two Russian baths are not working! At the same time, this does not affect the price tag in any way - they tell you before the fact, before entering, the baths were BROKEN (so why not fixed)) Will you go??? It's already a yes or no) The bracelet is constantly falling off my hand, and once I dived and searched for it at the bottom of the pool, the bottom is blue, like the bracelet and it does not swim, I miraculously found it. The shower in the hammam is watered only with boiling water. In view of the above, we probably won't go there anymore. There are many alternative options at a comfortable price and with a more well-coordinated work.

I have not received an answer to my argument that everyone is looking at prices, and it is necessary to indicate there and why I should look for this information on Instagram or somewhere else. Instead of explaining that this is how the site is designed and it may really be necessary to draw the attention of the management to this (as her colleague did) she just attacked us and only fanned the conflict (we weren't paying her at all, she just couldn't get involved).The second girl, an older blonde, communicated very correctly and intelligently, smoothed out the conflict, but they wouldn't let her insert a word. On the way out, she asked how we rested, if we enjoyed everything and invited us to "come back." A very long-awaited swimming pool. I like the Aquazone, I go every week. Fresh renovation, everything is nice and clean, there are always lifeguards in the pool, they control everything. But the cleaning lady spoils the whole impression. One day after swimming, I went to wash and took a closed stall (not for the disabled), there was a mop at the entrance to it, I thought she just fell and just picked it up. I washed very quickly, so I didn't have much time left. While washing, I noticed that the water drains poorly, like a blockage. Already in the locker room, a cleaner came up to me and started shouting, allegedly with a mop she blocked the passage to the stall and this meant that it was impossible to wash there. I told her that you seemed to have a blockage there and that you should put a notice on the door instead of mops. She argued that there was no blockage and that I had caused the flood. It's just ridiculous, I spent 5 minutes in the stall, I have short hair and I definitely couldn't have formed a blockage during that time. The cleaning lady was running, wailing, saying that I was shameless, that I was not ashamed, and so on. I still don't understand why I should be ashamed if she doesn't do her job. If there's a blockage, fix it. The mop at the entrance doesn't mean anything to me, I didn't understand what it meant, besides, it just fell. On the way out, I told the receptionists about this incident. I came in a week later, but there was still no advertisement, but there was a mop at the entrance. It's just kind of surreal. Sort out your showers. Why is there a closed shower if you can't go into it? That day, I had personal reasons to wash there, I was more comfortable there than in an open stall. I think the cleaning lady needs to be replaced. The current one can't do her job, and she's also rude to visitors. He talked on his personal phone for a long time and reacted very rudely to my requests ! The impression of the service is ruined! But in general, the pool is not bad, there are many paths and they are long.. it's warm and comfortable inside.. there is a font with ice water for dipping , the changing rooms are spacious , and the shower room is large .

When paying for the entrance, the girl showed with all her appearance how she was not happy with us, well, we can at least say hello and smile, make a pleasant stay..is there really no service...Everyone behind the counter was so unhappy and tired. And then 90% of the time they sit in the pool and basically no one lies on the sun beds except towels, while everyone else rests somewhere else or standing up. Even in the cafe they manage to take a table. The mentality is like that, but here the administration could manage, of course.

Only one of the five baths was working. It's very sad, because we paid for the full session, and in the end, this.

Good afternoon! Yesterday, on 17.05, my husband and son decided to have a great evening and decided to drive to the new Mandarin mall. Previously, we were only in Loshitsa and everything was just fine, without any complaints. BUT in the new center, we were simply SHOCKED and ruined the evening and the whole impression of the new place. To begin with, they just wouldn'T let us in there. Our ticket number was D158, we approached the manager and informed her that we were two adults and one child (1.8 children), to which she asked me for documents for the child. Due to the fact that I had not received such questions before, I was very surprised and clarified what this new rule was and why this had not been asked before, to which I did not receive any clear, adequate answer. The manager only referred to some documents and the fact that she was under the cameras. And after a few minutes of not very respectful dialogue, she decided to "Do us a favor" and skip, but with the conditions that next time we would come with the documents. Since the mood was spoiled, accordingly, there was no desire to go and we left for another place. I did not understand the behavior of this manager at all, I believe that such people do not need to meet guests. I understand perfectly well that there are many rules and that they can be circumvented ( as she did later ) but if it were done right away and respectfully, instead of leading everything into an argument and conflict. I end my review here because we didn't have the opportunity to evaluate anything further.

There were several shortcomings immediately after the opening, but the administration fills in these gaps. I raise the rating. It's clean, tidy, and has all the necessary equipment. Very long waiting time at the checkout. There is an electronic queue - it takes 20-25 minutes from taking a ticket to buying a ticket. The complex itself is not bad. By evening there were quite a lot of people. There were a lot of people without swimming caps, so they weren't allowed in the large pool on the paths. Therefore, a large number of adults without hats hung out in the pool for children, it was completely uncomfortable for children to swim. I also had to wait a very long time until they calculated the output. And since every overdue minute is charged, we had to pay for the time while we were standing and waiting for the calculation. There was also a long queue behind us, and all the people were on penalty minutes.

I only go to the gym, the equipment is new, but its quality is so-so. All simulators for people above 180 are small, even if you lower the seat to the very minimum. There are not enough handles on the blocks, there is a pigtail and two plastic handles and that's it. There are only two free weights in the gym, one rack and bench press, which is very strange. On the plus side, it's always free and there aren't many people, but if there are more people, it will be problematic to study. I also don't understand why such a price is for a gym, if no one is engaged in it and it seems to be made for show. There is a monthly subscription and a one-time room and that's it.

There is a device for receiving the bracelet at the exit, but if there are overdue minutes, it does not accept and you have to go to the cashier. Personally, we didn't have a person at the checkout, we had to wait + queue (minutes go by all the time), although in all pools you beat the exit time and only then go to the checkout to pay extra. The sauna is open alone in the morning, but this is not indicated in the price list. There are a lot of people even in the morning on a weekday, but there is not much space.
