The perfect vacation in Egypt thanks to Alexandra! Thank you for the sea of positivity! From the very beginning of the planning, Alexandra proved herself to be a true professional and a magician. She took into account all our wishes (the sea, a good sandy entrance, food) and chose the perfect hotel in Hurghada. She explained every detail, from the flight and transfer to the nuances of insurance, in an accessible and patient manner. The vacation itself exceeded all expectations! The hotel fully corresponded to the description: well—groomed territory, delicious cuisine, and most importantly, a stunning coral reef right by the pier. Snorkeling was fabulous! In the end: the sea, the sun, amazing experiences and zero problems with the organization. We returned refreshed and energized for the whole year! Many thanks to Alexandra for her hard work, attention and positive attitude! This is exactly the specialist who makes your vacation truly comfortable and unforgettable. This is not the first time we have been vacationing with Malibu. We had previously been captivated by the clear organization of a trip to Thailand, which was demonstrated by Alexandra's manager. Therefore, they turned to her again and again did not regret it. Although this time we flew a different route, Alexandra again calmly and business-like organized everything, booked, consulted and explained. And in such detail that we were absolutely calm about flights, transfers, and the very stay at sea. She also helped to arrange the documents required for a visa on arrival, so the procedure for obtaining it took literally 5 minutes. We are extremely grateful to Malibu Travel for such an employee, for their professionalism and for our wonderful vacation.
