We were at the beginning of the season in May. They welcomed us cordially, it was nice that the receptionist spoke Russian, told us everything, helped arrange the rental of a car, gave us a room with a magnificent view of the sea. On the downside, considering that they had just opened, the hot water in the room and the air conditioning did not work on the first day, which was quickly fixed by the second day of our stay. We thank Alex for his hospitality. The food at the hotel was also hearty and delicious, especially the dinners.

A good accommodation option at an economical price. Right on the embankment, Chalysh beach. The hotel has two buildings, the main one and the anex, which is located a little further from the beach across the street from the main building. I lived in the anex building. It has no elevator. At first I was upset that it was further from the sea, but then I liked the silence and greenery around. There were breakfasts and dinners included in the price. The breakfasts are very modest, but you won't starve. Dinner with a couple of hot dishes and salads. Modest, but nothing. Water is not included in the dinner. All drinks are available for an additional fee. The pool is small, there are not many sun beds, but if desired, you can find a place. The furniture in the anex resembles a Soviet boarding house, but it will do for a small number of days. To sum up, there is a place for an economical 3-5-day vacation for unassuming tourists.

A nice modest hotel at an adequate price. The air conditioner worked without problems, and the refrigerator, although small, had a freezer. Beautiful sea and beach views from all rooms. Breakfast and dinner are not rich in variety, but everything is very tasty and in abundance. Wonderful location. The beach is 100 meters away, there are many restaurants on the embankment and it is good to walk. Room cleaning is regular, the staff is friendly, and the Wi-Fi is stable.
