We stayed at the hotel from June 14-18, 2025. Only the kindest impressions remained ! !! The hotel is new, with excellent repair, the room has everything you need, the hotel has a washing machine and ironing board, you can use everything at any time! There is a private car park on the premises. Very good-natured hosts, met and settled in ahead of schedule by as much as 6 hours! We were absolutely delighted, we will definitely come back here more than once and I will recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks again for everything.

We had a vacation with my husband in July 2025! A wonderful hotel, a wonderful hostess Jasmine, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need, a beautiful view of the mountains from the window! Everything is within walking distance, a canteen, a cafe, a pharmacy, the sea is a five-minute walk away, the beach is clean, the sea is beautiful! I heartily recommend it!

I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Abkhazia. We chose the Malbec Hotel. It is located in old Gagra in a very picturesque place. I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the private free Parking. The beach is 5 minutes away. The sea is clean, the beaches are not crowded with vacationers. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, fresh high-quality renovation, comfortable bed. For a comfortable stay, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle. Meals are not included, but canteens, cafes, restaurants with delicious food and pleasant prices are within walking distance. The friendly staff created a wonderful atmosphere, the hotel owner and the receptionist helped with all questions, organized exciting excursions and walks for us. We were very impressed, we managed to combine an active and exciting vacation in the mountains with a calm and relaxing one on the beach. We thank the staff of the Malbek hotel, I definitely recommend it and rest in Abkhazia in general. We will definitely return there in October!

My most favorite hotel ❤ We came here when it first opened, we lived alone in the hotel.And they came back again. We've been to different hotels in different countries, but this one is forever in Cozy, quiet and already so native. Beautiful views, spacious, cool,clean,new rooms.Nice prices , reasonable .I love the balcony, there is a clothes dryer, a table, chairs.The room has air conditioning,refrigerator,TV,glasses,mugs,dishes are provided. It's so quiet and cozy here. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea.There is everything nearby. Shops, cafes. We love and always miss you! Now just this way. Thanks to Arthur and Jasmine for their hospitality. Jasmine is already like a family 🥰and we were also treated to homemade wine 😍

We rested in Gagra for 10 days from the end of July to the beginning of August and stayed at the Malbec Hotel😊 A few days before leaving the house, we quickly, calmly and comfortably discussed the terms and price of the rental with the administrator Jasmine, and the room was already booked by us that evening. The hotel is located, one might say, in an ideal location - the beach, shops, pharmacy, canteens, cafes - everything is nearby in a minute's walking distance, but at the same time silence, tranquility, fresh air and a picturesque view of the mountains. The sea is 3-5 minutes away by walking, the beach is well-equipped and clean. The rooms in the hotel and the hotel itself are new and modern. The room is newly renovated with taste, everything is clean, and there is everything for a comfortable stay. There are also parking spaces on the territory of the hotel. Many thanks to the wonderful Arthur and Jasmine for the rest and for the good mood! They were always in touch at the right moments, helped us and gave us very useful tips on rest. The hotel is at the highest level! I would like to thank Jasmine and Arthur for providing all the services and amenities, very pleasant and polite people. The room was wonderful. The sea, restaurants, grocery stores are within a 3-5-minute walk. They can advise you where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very wonderful location. It takes 4-5 minutes to go to the sea, however, and it's a huge bonus that you don't have to climb a mountain on the way back (I attached an accelerated video, but the road really didn't take any time at all and wasn't difficult). I was also very pleased with the beach. There is plenty of space, there are sun beds, if necessary. The beach is kept clean. And if you look along the cape to the right and left, then there are twice or even three times more people on all other beaches. And the location here is great. There are many places with volcanic sand on the beach, so you don't have to lie on the rocks. Jasmine is very attentive and involved in her business. You can wash your clothes in a good communal washing machine at any time. There is a separate small kitchen with everything you need. But we ate in establishments) Jasmine also recommended good places around where you can eat. There are many canteens and, in general, the price tags do not bite. The room is clean, cozy, has air conditioning and a smart TV. In general, I was pleased with everything. Thanks!
