The seller simply did not say hello, did not offer help. She sat there and continued to do her own thing. When I asked questions, she didn't have information about which leather and which colors a particular bag model was made in. She also refused to check where else to look. When paying, she casually drank an energy drink. She didn't give me an anther, but just put it in a shopping bag, saying that it was an anther and a 2in1 package.
