The whole impression is built from the little things. I had a vacation here with my wife for 7 days in February. Partially paid for: the main seat immediately, an additional one upon check-in. Upon check-in, we find out that a hairdryer is paid for in our room, a bathrobe is paid (for every day about 3 rubles), parking is paid... Upon check-out, we are presented with the fact that we took a hanger from the closet... In total, for a hanger, something like 2.7 rubles ... it's not a pity for money, just the attitude itself. Yes, the medical staff at the procedures is the standard of politeness and tact, kindness and positivity. Yes, the staff at the cafe is a special thanks (with comments and suggestions included in the book). In the new building (we were in a single room, with the possibility of 2 people moving in, in fact, my wife and I), the walls are thin. Behind the wall lived a granny who snored like a tiger... As a result, we didn't get enough sleep every night... 4 stars for the staff, procedures, cafe. A minus star for greed and small nuances. When we rested in another sanatorium (the same comfort, but I won't name it, so as not to be considered an advertisement), the impression was better, because there was a hairdryer, a bathrobe, and parking - everything is free. In my humble opinion, include it all in the price (add 10 rubles per day of stay), but make an all-inclusive moment.
