I ordered meatballs 2 years ago. There were also children with me. The meatballs came in burnt. I duly told the waiter that the meatballs were burnt, the waiter would see the serving plate. Two minutes later, he brought the same service again and said that this was the way our dumplings were cooked. So I took a photo of him and told him that I would contact MADO customer service and pass on the issue. You know, I got the answer. I sent the photo I took to customer service. But there was no turning around on the subject.
