My taste buds were absolutely delighted! For 4 years in a row, the restaurant has received a Michlen recommendation, and I know exactly why - for 120 euros for 3, we received a 3-course taste ecstasy with a bottle of bull's blood wine from our own winery. The serving and service are above average (especially considering that this is far from the capital). The atmosphere of the place itself is enveloping, allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the taste sensations. Veal cheeks simply melt in your mouth, caramelized pate combined with pear and plum sauces is incredible. The game with sweet potato puree and something else (I'll leave it as a spoiler) was incredibly balanced in taste and tenderness. I guarantee that it's delicious here!
