We would like to thank you very much for a well-organized vacation in Egypt! The Xanadu Hotel has exceeded expectations with its luxury and level of service. The hotel's territory impresses with its size, and an additional Xanadu Club complex has recently been opened, expanding the leisure opportunities for guests. The food is organized superbly — the buffet is rich in a variety of dishes, and the drinks are presented with high-quality imported brands. I would like to pay special attention to the hotel staff, who meets the wishes of the customers. Initially, there were minor questions about the room, but the administration responded promptly and immediately offered a replacement, demonstrating a high level of service and respect for the guests.
