There is no worse delivery. We could not deliver the order in Minsk for 3 days. No one gets in touch, and messages are not being answered. The courier called, found out that he was not at home on the second day of waiting, said, okay, and hung up. No one else got in touch. After 3 days of waiting for delivery, realizing that no one would get in touch, I had to cancel the order, because after 2 days I was leaving for another country and I was no longer interested in waiting for a call. It's just the bottom, there's no service, and I'm not surprised by anyone's rating. I would never have thought that it would take 3+ days to drive from the office (warehouse) to my house, given that I live 2 km from their location
