The M-Hero car was put into service on March 21, 2026 for repair in the direction of Belgosstrakh (CASCO). As of today, 66 calendar days have passed, and repairs have not been completed. What's wrong: - When handing over the car, the service did not issue either an order or an acceptance certificate. - The service staff does not get in touch: the phone +375 44 750-06-00 either does not answer or resets the call. The contacts of specific craftsmen are not provided to the client. - Information about the status of the work is provided only through the supervisor of the insurer, and that is contradictory. At first, the service reported that the repair was due to "two uncoordinated points of Belgosstrakh." A week later, Belgosstrakh officially confirmed that all approvals and payments were closed, and downtime was completely on the service side. - The service has not named any specific completion date.

I bought an M-Hero. The car is satisfied. The guys from the service and sales have done a lot and in an acceptable short time, taking into account the possible. I have already driven 2,090 km since the purchase. The flight is normal. There are no comments. From observations, energy and fuel consumption increases significantly after 110 km/h. If the city / highway is in the proportion of two to one, at speeds (according to signs) the city is 40-80, highway 98-110, then the battery charge is enough for an honest 185-190 km run.
