Today, we are faced with the extreme incompetence of employees at the M Cosmetic store. We participated in the Texnomart promotion, where we won a -20% discount coupon for a check up to 300,000 soums at M Cosmetic. It was stated that the promotion applies only to products with white price tags. When we arrived at the checkout to pay for the goods, the cashier could neither explain the rules nor apply the discount. First, she stated that she could not punch the coupon, then that "the price tag is too big," and then that she could not knock out a check for up to 300,000 soums. They held us at the cash register for half an hour while four employees tried to figure out the situation, but they couldn't. None of them were able to solve the problem or give a clear explanation. Moreover, the communication was completely tactless. They kept us at the cash register for about half an hour without solving the problem. As a result, we left very upset and in a bad mood. I ask you to pay attention to the training of your employees. If you are conducting promotions, make sure that your staff is aware of the rules and knows how to work with such coupons. Take measures to train cashiers so that they can serve customers correctly and competently, and not create conflict situations.
