To my deep disappointment, the flowers arrived in terrible condition: most of the roses had large brown spots on their petals, and some of the buds looked wilted. The bouquet did not give the impression of being fresh and expensive. The most unpleasant thing started when I tried to solve this issue. I contacted the manager, described the problem and sent a photo. Instead of apologizing and trying to help, I heard that "this is the norm for peony-shaped roses" and "they have such peculiarities." I'm sorry, but the "norm" is fresh, high—quality flowers without obvious defects. Brown spots on the petals are a marriage or a consequence of improper storage, not a "feature". I was only asked to accept the product in this form. No replacement, no compensation, not even a substantive apology.
