The yard is closed and safe, lots of greenery and playgrounds. Parking is convenient, there are always places. The entrances are clean, with modern design, the elevators work quietly and without interruptions. The layout of the apartments is well thought out, the sound insulation is good — the neighbors are almost inaudible. The area is quiet, close to shops, schools and bus stops. I especially liked that the area is well lit in the evening, and the guards are always on duty. We live here with pleasure and feel comfortable.

The place is closed. There are barriers. Private territory. This is not a hotel, but just an elite residential complex. It's pointless even to turn into a corner. Managers are irresponsible.
