I was satisfied with the haircut and styling, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the lack of subordination when communicating with the master and the general lack of service. No one offers water , in general , there is not much use from the administrator , they won 't even say goodbye .… It's a shame when employees let someone else's business down( I would like to contact the management.. After my review, the manager contacted me and invited me to a top master for the procedure. I really liked the approach, the care and the procedure itself. It's nice that the salon did not ignore the situation, but tried to correct the impression.

I am very disappointed with this salon. I signed up for an eyelash extension, but no one warned me that the appointment must be confirmed a day in advance. I was busy that day and just didn't hear the call. The next morning, Sunday, they called me again, but I was asleep. When I woke up, I immediately wrote to Telegram, where I had originally signed up, and warned that I would come. They told me that everything was fine, they were waiting for me. As a result, I arrived at the salon, and they told me that my appointment had already been canceled. They explained this by allegedly texting me. At the same time, I did not confirm that I would not come. It turns out that due to the inconsistency of the administrators, I wasted my time and money on the road. A very unpleasant situation and an extremely disorganized service.
