I often refuel at this gas station when I travel from Minsk to Grodno. I refueled today and was very disappointed: the self-service checkout is not working, the gas is running until 20:00 (despite the fact that the gas station is on the highway between the regional cities), I was going to have a snack, the sausage ran out (there should be a refrigerator and a supply of food). If a bus with tourists arrived, what would the staff do?!!. After getting off the highway, I wanted to wipe the windshield, but the gas station doesn't even have a container with water and a brush, they offered me dry wipes. With this kind of service, I'm not sure what was poured into the tank anymore. Please consider my review, take measures to correct the shortcomings and improve the work.

I didn't understand a bit how the Lukoil service works in the Republic of Belarus. I drove up to the gas station while the car was refueling, decided to wash the windows of the car, there are buckets of water and cleaning brushes at each pump, which is very convenient by the way. An employee came out to me and said , "can you go to the car wash? " I say, "can't you come here?" She replies, "well, you wash so much... I was a little surprised and asked if you were sorry that I was washing glasses, saving water, or are you being deducted from your salary for this? It feels like I drove into her garden and started washing my car! On the contrary, the man at the checkout was polite, explained everything to me in a popular way, suggested how to get double points on a bonus RF card, and gave me a stamped receipt! In a word, an exemplary employee! I have been choosing Lukoil for many years because of the service! I know that while I'm refueling, I can go to a clean toilet, drink fragrant coffee, and wash the windows and headlights. But for the fact that I spend my money with pleasure, I was told in the first!
