Good day everyone! We returned from Abkhazia yesterday, and had a rest at the Louise Hotel. Everything was at a decent level: clean and cozy, a beautiful and modern two-room suite with a sea view, delicious and, in my opinion, healthy food 🍌🍊🍇(three buffet meals a day). Most of all, we were grateful to the people who created this atmosphere for us both day and night , namely : caring and responsible staff at the reception, in the restaurant, on site, and thanks to those who cleaned our rooms. 💯💥I would like to note the receptionist Albina's sensitive attitude towards tourists. We wish the Louise Hotel prosperity and grateful visitors!

We stayed at this hotel in early June.I've read the reviews and I think-well, it will be such a vacation.... But when we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist, Lera, who, even when we checked in late, smiled at us so sincerely and kindly. Next, our 2-room suite on the 3rd floor was waiting for us, and it was gorgeous and clean!I 'll tell you about the food next: the Swedish line is small, but there are plenty for both children and adults to choose from.If you are spoiled by Turkey for 5⭐️, then of course there is clearly less choice. Special thanks to the administration for the opportunity to order a lunch box if you do not have time for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will not stay hungry if you went on excursions. We have not detected any rotovirus) The only negative is the bed linen, which should have been written off long ago, and the rest is everything.

Good afternoon, we are currently relaxing at the hotel.I'll start with the pros Clean, tidy, courteous staff. But, there is also a disadvantage!!!! We came to rest through a travel agency, we asked for a room with two beds, as I am resting with my 14-year-old son.Alas, there was only one bed, it was a shock.At the reception, the girl said we would try to help, in the end we spent the night and decided not to torment the employee, honestly we stayed only because of the beautiful view from the balcony. The food is varied, and if you come to the beginning of the meal, it is already cold. The exception is soup, hot. Bottom line, thanks to the staff for the cleanliness and order.
