if i had no choice of finding a hotel, this one would be the last option for me to stay at this hotel and only in emergency. it is not worth the price. they are charging 450k for a worse standard room. for that amount you can stay at a much better hotel. bedsheets are dirty and wet. in the bathroom, you can't flush water. it just stays there and smelling. there is no even window for fresh air. the only good thing i noticed is their reception staff is kind and supportive.

Modest, but clean. The guys at the reception are always happy to help. The dining room is in the basement, so you will need to go downstairs, there are always fruits and sweets for tea.
