The salon has moved to 17 Kuntsevshchyna Street. I entrusted my hair to master Diana and was delighted! I maintained a dialogue throughout the complex coloring process, constantly asking if I was comfortable. The result was amazing. I liked the place and the work of the master.

: The worst coloring experience and a wasted day I came to the salon for a complex coloring (balayage), having previously signed up for a month and allocated a whole day for it (I had to solve the issue of child care). I was looking for a specific result — a golden blonde in the style of Carrie Bradshaw. The result of the visit: Incompetence: Instead of complex coloring, master Diana suggested only strands of her face, referring to the old tinting (it was no longer there at all) 7 months have passed (although the administrator assured that everything would be done in the best possible way). A technical flaw: Instead of a golden blonde, I got barely noticeable pink strands that are just a couple of tones lighter than my base. There is practically no difference between "before" and "after". Inadequate price: They originally wanted to charge 180 BYN for these two barely noticeable strands of my face! After my indignation at the lack of results, the "consumables" were suddenly valued at first at 100 BYN, and then agreed to 40 BYN. Service: Instead of admitting a mistake, there are grins, attempts to shift the blame onto the client ("I warned you") and manipulative behavior. I am very sorry for the wasted time and unfulfilled expectations. I strongly do not recommend this salon to those who value their time and want to get predictable quality results for their money. I also attach a photo before and after. And I want to note that the photos of the works in the Instagram profile of the salon are very different from the results that you get in the end. Which raises doubts

07.08.2024.I want to express my gratitude to Master Snezhana , I was at hair coloring for the first time .In advance, the administrator told and consulted everything, offered an option and a coloring technique, indicated all the details: the approximate time of the procedure, address and cost. The master performed a hair diagnosis, determined the number of light strands, told and gave examples of home care products, took into account all wishes.The procedure takes about 3 hours, the cost is 250 rubles.My hair before and after is shown in the photo
