The impressions were pleasant. The massage is amazing. Thai people really don't know the language, but you can talk to them in English. I took my grandmother to a 1.5-hour program. She was delighted. They were washed from all sides. Of course, it hurt in places, but these are the features of Thai massage. We talked when it hurt or about injuries, and they didn't touch those parts. The robes are really shabby, it's honestly noticeable. The disposable items were: Hats, underpants and slippers. There is a tea area, shower, toilet, friendly staff. What I didn't really like was the small locker room, but overall it's not critical. There were fingerprints on the locker, but they didn't count because of the oil, and the receptionist opened it for us. I'm usually very squeamish, this place has passed a cleanliness check.

I really love spa treatments, and I really enjoyed myself at Lotus Thai Spa! The massage was done by a girl from Thailand — it was not just relaxation, but a two-hour delight. It is clear that the specialist really knows his job and works with his soul. Great respect for the management for bringing real Thai craftsmen is a rarity and a great value for our city. They don't just “work out the hours” here, but really invest in the process. Thank you for such a place in Aktobe! I'll definitely be back.

The cabin is clean, the mirrors and the showers are clean. Bathrobes and towels are in proper condition. Disposable slippers, underwear, and a hat. The massage was done by a Thai adult woman, I liked the procedure. The only thing is that the girls at the reception are dry and not sociable
