We turned to this ENT with our 7-month-old child, who was ill with a runny nose (clear discharge flowed from his nose), cough and fever. The doctor examined the child, there were white patches in the throat. She rinsed her throat and nose. After the procedure, she suddenly offered to inject the baby's throat, but we refused, as we were not sure if such manipulations were acceptable in infants. The cost of the services turned out to be greatly overestimated: they charged separately for throat washing, nose washing and "consultation" (although there was actually no full-fledged consultation). As a result, the amount amounted to 200,000 soums, she refused to give in to the price, she did not provide a check. The payment had to be made by transfer to a bank card. The next day, my wife went back only for washing. The doctor again forced an injection into my throat, even hinted to do it "while my husband is not around," which I consider extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. She promised to take 100,000 soums, but changed her mind on the same day and stated that prices had "risen" to 120,000. After the outrage, she still took the promised amount. Bottom line: the doctor has behaved unprofessionally, behaves dishonestly with patients, she has money in the first place, not concern for the health of children. In addition, it works without a cash register and receipts, which also raises questions.
