Мне нужен был каркас кресла с гамаком по моим размерам, написала производителю напрямую. Даже попросила, чтоб работу выполнили чисто, все мои пожелания были учтены. Изготовили раньше, чем обещали. Я его хотела, изготовили по моим параметрам, получила - довольна 😊

Очень надеялся, что отрицательные отзывы необъективны, но оказалось все правда) заказал 2 лофтовика на ВБ пришли просто в хлам разодраные коробки, ножки исцарапаны. Дедлайн поджимал и я забрал один в итоге, второй был вообще на половину в коробке (отсутствовало половина лофтовика). Связался на прямую с фабрикой и попросил отправить мне Яндексом. Сказали написать в вотсапе, тут же написал. Через час перезвонил и напомнил о себе, так как ответа не было в сообщениях. Мне посмеялись в трубку и сказали «ну еще не успели ответить». В итоге ответили мне через 2,5 дня с вопросом «у вас получилось заказать?»😁 Отношение показательное, лучше найдите другую компанию, не тратьте время и деньги лишние.
