In my clinic, the examination chair and ultrasound couch were located in an adjacent office, and the patient was left alone with the doctor, without the extra eyes of the same nurse. Here, I'm not talking about the presence of an adjacent office, but even elementary screens are not closed. An armchair in the middle of the office, not so far from the doctor's desk (in the area where video surveillance is conducted!), a couch in the corner farthest from the entrance door. You might as well put it in the hallway altogether. Why think about the psychological comfort of the patient? I left an entry in the KIP about this. The first and definitely the last visit to this center. Plus, the logic is unclear, according to which you first need to queue to find out which office to go to (despite the fact that they call the day before to confirm the visit), and then again to the same queue for payment.

The second administrator was running back and forth somewhere. One person serves a crowd of 7 people (in my case) and simultaneously answers calls. Due to the huge queue, I was 5-7 minutes late for the appointment. At the meeting with the doctor, I apologized for being late, to which I was told in response: "I have to run to another job, and I'm waiting for you here!". Moreover, during the PAID appointment, the doctor answered personal calls on her mobile phone and conducted an appointment at the same time!!! The appointment lasted a maximum of 10 minutes. I will be looking for another doctor for a repeat appointment. I understand the need for confidentiality, but in this case it was a simple clarification — my adult daughter had an appointment, came, and I, as an escort, just wanted to make sure that everything was going smoothly. At the same time, it was not about access to medical data, but only about where my loved one is. The refusal of such a small thing looked not just formal, but truly indifferent to the patient and his loved ones. It would be great if the reception staff could balance the rules and basic human courtesy, especially when everything happens within the framework of caring for the patient. I had to "extract" information from the doctor, ask 100 questions, but there was no point. The doctor kept trying to type some text into the computer. To sum up, she told me that I needed to avoid stress and change the face cream from the blue series to the pink series. And this is despite the fact that I came with a rash problem on my body and non-healing wounds. Then the doctor printed out the text she had typed during the entire appointment. It turned out that this was both the diagnosis and the prescribed medications: four lines about a face cream. I asked you to explain to me what it says. To which the doctor replied that actually, my time was up and the next client was waiting for her. But, nevertheless, she explained that the first cream is in the morning, and the second in the evening. This reception is worse than in the clinic. It's completely empty. He didn't help me in any way. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review about Lukinskaya only after the appointment, otherwise I would not have signed up for her. But it never occurred to me to read reviews about LODE, I thought that only specialists work in LODE.

The effectiveness of the course depends on several factors, including the quality of the device (its capacity, model, maintenance), as well as the chosen tactics of the procedures. As a rule, about 7-10 procedures are required, after which hair growth slows down significantly and there is no need for frequent visits. At the beginning of the clinic visit, the result was really noticeable: the hair grew more slowly, and areas with a marked decrease in growth appeared. However, even then I was alarmed that the interval between the procedures remained constant - once a month, while the specialist recommended coming even more often. After 4-5 procedures, the improvement stopped happening, and after 6-7 procedures, hair growth again became almost as frequent as before the start of the course. Despite this, they continued to recommend monthly procedures to me, explaining the situation with "dormant bulbs" and the need to continue the course. As a result, after 8 procedures, the result turned out to be significantly weaker than expected: the hair continues to grow rapidly, the need for shaving remained almost the same as before the start of the course, and there is no question of supportive procedures every few months. One gets the feeling that the course can be continued indefinitely without any guarantee of achieving the stated result. I would like to note that after 3-4 procedures, the effect was more pronounced than after 8, which raises questions about the chosen tactics of the course. And the most important question for the clinic is whether the purpose of providing laser hair removal services is to satisfy the client's needs or to prolong the course for as long as possible?
