We went here several times. For some reason, it is forbidden to sit next to a child on the carpet. And you don't have to bother anyone at all. Animators and presenters of birthday parties can take 10-15 minutes to use the toilet to change clothes, if at that moment the child wants to visit the toilet, this will not be possible. The kitchen is in no hurry at all, in an empty establishment you can wait for a dish for half an hour, and during birthdays I personally waited for scrambled eggs for an hour and a half. When you make a remark to employees, they start lecturing you in response. If you are interested in quality service, I do not recommend this place.

The staff - our shift of waiters (and, apparently, chefs) - worked very poorly on 05/18/25. In the absence of boarding, orders were waiting for 1.5 hours. They are not friendly, they chew on the move, they swallowed their tongue when necessary)) First, they brought out Belgian waffles for all the children, then nuggets. If you order pizza, prepare to wait 40 minutes. The food is ordinary. No frills. Coffee's fine. The baby was ordered rice (just rice!!!), carried for an hour. Carl, it's time! They didn't even offer to remove it from the bill or make a compliment (they celebrated others). The parents themselves were looking for napkins on the table for the children. They promised that it would be possible to drive through the barrier of the residential complex and unload the child, but it did not come true. And the concept is good)) half of the cafe is a game room. The interior is new. The chairs and tables are comfortable.

We only go for the sake of the game. The food is ordinary, the portions are small, the burgers are only normal. An adult can't eat enough hot food, and the prices are like full. Although ha, you pay for the game separately. That's why I don't understand the prices for mini servings without some special taste of food.
