The worst level of customer service I've ever encountered. The employee who worked the shift on 06/16/2026 behaves absolutely incompetently. Instead of professional advice and help in solving the issue, I was faced with open arrogance, a complete lack of customer orientation and a toxic attitude. The girl talks down, with a stony face, as if clients come to her house to ask for personal money in debt. There is no desire to help, suggest alternative options, or explain the conditions properly. A demonstrative disregard and dislike for the visitor is read from the threshold. A person works like a robot who doesn't care about the company's reputation. Dear management, pay attention to who you put in the front office to communicate with people. Such employees completely destroy brand loyalty. I demand that the work of this employee be reviewed during the specified shift and that strict disciplinary measures be taken, up to and including her replacement at this point. There is no desire to return to such a service.

It is bad that a Russian cannot choose the Start tariff without a subscription fee. This is discrimination. Belarusians can choose any tariff in Russia.
