We went to issue SIM cards with friends, but from the very first minutes we were faced with an obvious unwillingness of the employee to work. Literally a couple of minutes after our request, other visitors entered, and the seller immediately switched to them: he began to issue documents, actively offer accessories, completely forgetting about us. It was pointless to stay in this format — the client should not be uncomfortable. We turned around and left, as no one is going to be served in a place where you are openly ignored. I ask the management to pay attention to the service culture in this department and remind the staff that every visitor deserves equal attention and basic respect.
