The staff is responsive, they prompted and explained everything. The people are wonderful! As for the numbers, well, everything is difficult here)) Apparently, the hotel is clearly not new and a lot needs to be done in it, from blankets and pillows to plumbing. It was enough for us to spend the night after a long journey, but still we always want to feel at home. That's why people are at home, and everything else needs to be fixed, otherwise it will start and people won't help anymore! I put 4 only among the people working in this hotel. Not even the hotel itself, but no more than room 2.
