About four months ago, I came to change the battery, as the old battery did not hold well. I was offered a choice of two batteries: a worse one for 60 rubles and a better one for 70 rubles. I chose a better one. I picked up the phone the next day. I note that on inspection I saw several fresh damages on the back cover in the form of peeling of the case, but I wasn't particularly upset because one of the peeling was mine, and in general the back cover was frayed due to dust that gets between the case and the case, but what was unpleasant was that that the new film on the screen was badly scratched with small scratches, and one scratch was very deep. All this suggests that the master didn't even bother to put soft material under the screen when he was messing with my phone. Also, after the repair, the phone was stained with fingerprints, although the master could have wiped the phone after work. How do you like the level of service? Further. Immediately after receiving the phone, I downloaded, launched, and let the AccuBattery app run for a few days to measure the volume of the new battery. The application showed a battery capacity of 4,500 mAh (plus or minus). Although the charge level of the factory battery is 5020 mAh. Okay, as long as it holds the charge better than the old battery. About three months later, I noticed that the charge again lasts for a short time and charges much faster than before. I downloaded this app again, and it showed that the capacity is 4094 mAh. That is, the capacity drawdown was 400 mAh in three months!!! This is not the first time I have changed the battery. Before that, I changed the battery through the Xistore store (It also had 4500 mAh). So, it took me two years to significantly damage the replaced battery, and then after three months I felt that something was wrong with the battery!!! I have an assumption that the installed battery was used, since the master did not return my old battery after work, and did not return the packaging from under the new one. When I gave the phone away the previous time through the Xistore store, they gave me both my old battery and the packaging from under the new one. It is also possible that the installed battery was obviously defective. When I came to Lefty to deal with the situation, the foreman told me that he would only supply a new battery for money, since the battery was guaranteed for a month. I changed the keyboard after flooding, the traces of flooding were not removed, the laptop was just rotting in these places. The keyboard was glued with glue, the laptop lid was broken, and they tried to glue the screws. Half of the screws are not from my laptop, several pieces are missing, they were assembled so that the gap remained and the lid closed obliquely. All that was needed was to change the keyboard and clean it. The laptop was new, with no mechanical defects, only flooding!!! It was here before the renovation. After the repair, it's all broken up. They said they had cleaned it, they hadn't done anything, they had taken the money for the service. I do not advise anyone to contact them!!!

When I came to the service in 2024 with the repair of the iron, I was refused, citing his age. Although in other services, in the end, everything was subject to repair and no one refused.
