I had a disgusting and bad experience working with this agency. Leverage Investments are professionals only in lies and greed. Other than lying, Leverage employees work very unprofessionally. The owner of this agency, Igor, is busy with something all the time, the employees are confused and do not understand anything. As a result, there were errors even in the documents submitted by Leverage for registration. I had to look for more professional and decent realtors. And again, Leverage is constantly lying, lying and lying. Not a single moment, not a single step was complete without lies. For example, my experience with Leverage has shown that Leverage negotiates with developers to inflate the price of real estate, and then Leverage receives a commission from the developer for pimping at least 10%, and for some developers, even more than 15% of the cost of the object. I think this is how it happens - Leverage asks the developer for the cost of the object, then Leverage negotiates with the developers that the developers would give the Leverage clients a price 10-30% higher. This difference of 10-30% is Leverage earnings. And at the same time, he tells the client that he earns only 3-5%. For example, if you directly contacted the developer himself, you would be given reliable information and the price would be 10-30% lower than if you would seek help from Leverage. I checked it out. That's how Levarage told me the price for one of the 450,000 properties. Then I contacted the same developer through another agent, and the same developer told me the price for the same property = 400,000 !!! In the stern of this Leverage persuades the developer to lie about the deadlines for the completion of the facility. Leverage lied to me that the facility would be handed over in September, but the facility was handed over only in May next year, and it was handed over with defects that have not yet been eliminated. At the same time, Levearage initially promised that they would not leave me until all the shortcomings were eliminated. But, they deceived me here too - they called me just to offer additional paid services. They never called and did not offer their assistance in resolving the shortcomings and shortcomings. And so. When I asked the developer why the developer lied to me about the cost of rent, the developer said that it was a Leverage initiative. Conclusion: Leverage is a theft of trust. And they are more likely to be pests than helpers. I've experienced it myself. Be careful!!! Local Cyprus realtors are not as greedy and not as crooks as Leverage. Leverage, on the other hand, profit from their compatriots, while only harming them. Almost every developer has Russian-speaking staff who will help you more than Leverage and it will all be cheaper and without the branded lies and "hemorrhoids" from Leverage.
