The second time we used the services of this agency, the trip was to Thailand in February 2026. Thanks to the manager, Anna, for providing assistance on all issues. She was always in touch and promptly resolved all incoming questions from us. I've done my job by 200%. I was constantly interested in how the preparations for our vacation were going, from completing all the necessary documents to arriving home. According to your budget, they will help you choose a good vacation, and according to your wishes. We went to Phuket, the Baan Kata Maytha hotel, only breakfast was included (it's the same every day, really), but those who eat scrambled eggs in the morning won't stay hungry. They gave rice, sausages, fried eggs (in addition to scrambled eggs) + tea, coffee, and toasts could be made. In general, the hotel is small and calm. The rooms are cleaned daily, generally clean and tidy. There was an iron on the floor, a hairdryer in the rooms, TV, wi-fi. The safe was really broken. For the stated 3*, I think it pulls calmly. The beach is 15min away. There was a transfer to the sea (at 9-00 and 14-00), but you can also walk. At the entrance, they take $ 50 or a passport as a deposit, and at the exit they calmly return it if everything is in order in the room. In general, plan your vacation with this agency, all the friendly and helpful managers, so far I am satisfied and have not let you down.

It's not the first time I've applied to Letotoevel for a tour. As always, everything is on top. Manager Anna helped with the selection of the hotel and the rest was wonderful. The hotel was not on the first line, but there were no problems with this. We used either a regular shuttle service or walked (10 minutes) to the sea. It was great to have a full lunch on the beach or just have a snack if necessary. Alcoholic beverages are not served on the beach except beer. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly, but there was a lack of more thorough cleaning in the room (the floor was often not washed). There were queues in the bars as the bar staff worked very slowly. The food was varied, and there was plenty of everything, but dinner ended early, at 8:30 p.m. At this time, we were used to just coming to eat, so we had to adjust to the schedule. Most of the guests at the hotel are from Poland and Germany. There are Russian speakers, but few. Entertainment as usual, first a children's program, then some kind of show (either with artists or entertained the guests themselves), and then a disco until 23. Thanks to Anna for organizing the rest and for choosing the hotel. I think that we will turn to Letotoevel more than once and directly to her for the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation.

Vacationed with LetoTrevel in Vietnam in April 2026. I am satisfied with the choice of hotel and destination. Manager Anna worked quickly and helped a lot not to fly to Egypt)) Nha Trang is now vanlav 👍🏼 The Navada Hotel and the Northern part of the city are also fully arranged. It's comfortable and there are fewer vacationers on the beach.
