Very long service time. There was a gift certificate that was "not purchased," according to the consultant. We stood for about 25 minutes, waiting for some kind of approvals, sales calls…… I don't understand such service …… There are no chairs in the store, there is nowhere to sit. It is not clear why there were no questions when the certificate was purchased.
