Advantages: convenient location near the city. Nice area in the forest. The house is quite comfortable. On the downside: at the time of arrival, the cleaning of the house leaves much to be desired. The administrator was informed, and the response was: "Yes, everything is clean there." They didn't even look at it. Overall, the impressions are good.

We had a wedding for 25 people. Everything was fine. The room they gave us was a little small, although the larger ones were empty. I had to dance on the veranda. But it didn't bother us a bit. The banquet menu was delicious, and the table was full of delicious food. We rented a guest house for 16 people, for an overnight stay. Everything is super clean and tidy. The hall-living room is large, and you can hold large events there. Three huge tables, a spacious kitchen, everything you need is there. We will definitely come back here for a big celebration and just spend the weekend. Many thanks to the whole team who did their best for us.

The celebration was held in a large tent. It's beautiful and cozy. A few mosquitoes were biting (just a couple of them). I liked everything. The kitchen is great. Everything is beautiful and delicious. The territory is large. Almost all the houses and gazebos were occupied by Friday evening, but no one bothered anyone. The only negative is that I really didn't like the bathrooms. They are located in a detached building. One male and three female. They looked big, but dirty, and the toilet paper ran out quickly. But overall, the impressions are good. If you are going to hold some kind of family celebration such as a wedding or anniversary, then somehow dissuade cleaning the bathrooms in advance during the evening.
