Luxury air-conditioned rooms, several kitchens for cooking, a swimming pool, pears, oranges, limes grow right in the garden, a direct scenic road to the sea, where you access a very sparsely populated beach with a calm and gentle sea... Next to the house there is a market with a lot of local delicacies (smoked meat, suluguni, adjika, dried persimmon and much more), Gudauta train station, from where you can go yourself to Gagra, Athos, Sukhum... Absolutely wonderful hosts, from us a huge bow to Tamara and Elena for their work, comfort, creating excellent conditions for relaxation and a complete reboot on vacation)) If you need a transfer from/to the border, you will be offered, if you need excursions, you will be offered, if you just want to sleep by the sea, no one will disturb you)) Many thanks from our family! Beautiful grounds, clean large rooms, cool pool. On the downside: there are a lot of cats that surround you when you sit down to eat. Cats are street cats, not well-groomed, with lichens. They jump on chairs and so on. There are two refrigerators, but there is not enough space for everyone, everything is packed. There are also issues with dishes. The dryers are not assigned to the rooms , there is not enough space for everyone , everything is dried for a very long time . It's not close to the sea, walking along the road with cars without a shadow. But here the question is not for the owners, you need to look at the map necessarily.

The place is quiet for a family vacation. Tamara, the hostess, is a very active and welcoming girl. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. But the beach itself is dirty. The yard is clean, lots of greenery, there are seals and plenty of room for children to run.
