It's the worst service I've ever seen. The manager postponed the delivery time at her discretion, confused the number of bouquets, and the messages are not being answered. I had to go by myself, but the store did not give out flowers either, saying that they would be sent in 40 minutes.… The city has a much better flower delivery service with human and courteous staff. Before contacting us, think a hundred times.
