We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a real highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and a beautiful view from the restaurant made for a perfect start to each day. The location of the hotel is very convenient. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

From August 11 to August 17, 2025, my family and I stayed at this hotel. We are very glad that we chose LEONARDO, because the owner and staff are so good-natured and attentive people, ranging from caring calls at what time to expect us, to wonderful delicious, varied, always fresh breakfasts. I liked everything: the location, the style of the hotel, the order, the communication, the constant care of Nukri and his team.Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you will not need anything. And what a cozy and beautiful courtyard is a sight to behold.There is a place to park your car if you are driving a private car. You can also call a taxi without any problems. In the evening, there is a great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach is 2 minutes away. Shops, a market, where to walk. We really enjoyed everything!

Hello, I would like to tell you about this wonderful small hotel almost on the beach) the most beautiful place, very cozy and clean, you rarely meet such friendly hosts! We spontaneously came from Tbilisi for a couple of days to Kobuleti by the sea, it was very difficult to find a room for our large company of 7 people, but we were lucky - we accidentally found Leonardo and everyone fell in love) we had one double room with a large bed and a balcony overlooking the sea and one quadruple two-room room with one large There was a double bed and two 1.5 bedrooms, plus we were kindly provided with a comfortable cot that was no worse than a bed. Clean white towels, paper, glasses, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator in each room, no foreign odors, cleanliness everywhere! It is clear that guests are welcome here and they are worried about their reputation! There are hammocks and swings in the courtyard, a beautiful flower garden, a small swimming pool - again, the cleanest and without the smell of chlorine, my allergic child calmly bathed. We had breakfast included, a buffet - everything was delicious and the menu suited everyone - breakfast cereals, pancakes, croutons, nutella, khachapuri - for children, egg dishes, stewed and fresh vegetables, watermelon, sausages, buckwheat and fruit pies for dessert and much more) the hotel is completely next to the sea and a playground nearby, as well as our favorite restaurant Chero. We would like to express our gratitude to the hosts and wish the hotel continued prosperity! Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for organizing the return transport to Tbilisi, otherwise it is unclear what they would have used to get there, there were no train tickets, and they would have to hunt for minibuses, because they had to buy tickets on the spot before the trip. We had a rest on June 27-29, 2025, we recommend it to everyone!
